Dr. Ferrerman Is In

 Though certainly no expert on dementia, I'm getting away from the ubiquitous assertion that Trump is going senile. I think a more accurate assessment of his mental faculties is that he's a belligerent asshole. And he's an idiot. He's 78 years old, and certainly well ensconced in a bracket where he's susceptible to Alzheimer/dementia, but I'm not seeing it. 

Trump's performance in that Oval Office shitshow, last Friday with Zelensky, was exactly that- a performance. A dementia patient, though they can get vitriolic, doesn't go off on someone like that. They may suddenly make an outburst like, "YOU ATE MY TAPIOCA- DIDN'T YOU!? DIDN'T YOU!!?? ADMIT IT, CARL!!"

Who is "Carl"? 

Exactly. 

Zelensky was setup to be attacked by Trump and Vance. Marjorie Green's jocker remarking about Zelensky's attire clearly portended that. So, fucking amateurish of these schoolyard bullies. 

Trump rambles like many old people do, but he's generally rather composed in interviews. He's really rather alert. If he were in the throes of dementia, I sincerely doubt that that there are any drugs to mask that or prep him to speak reasonably coherently. Sure, he's going to not answer questions, and he does that word salad "weave", but I think that is his age and inherent assholery. It's quite possible that his team even first suggested dementia just to cover for the fact that he's a belligerent asshole who finds it hard to complete sentences and thoughts. 

He's an idiot. I can see why they don't want to admit that. Him having to be told that you can't nuke hurricanes, or California isn't because he's senile. It's because he's stupid. He simply doesn't know that it's wrong to consider either. He thinks he's a genius and that no one ever thought of either before because, frankly, they aren't geniuses like he is. 

Add together the self-deception of malignant narcissism to a low IQ and you are going to hear some shit from such a person. Years ago, I had a stepbrother, the youngest of five boys who were all rather socially challenged. They all thought Eddie was smart because they had no idea what he was talking about. Turned out he was yammering about that D&D role playing stuff that was popular at the time. Stupid people think stupider people are smart because they don't understand what they are saying. That's maga in a nutshell. And Musk as well...

This does not bode well for our future. Though Trump could go senile at any time, how would we know? I think we're stuck with him for longer than previously thought.

    I keep saying there's only one way to end it, but no one is willing. Yeah, he looks rather healthy, unfortunately.

    I'm still thinking his own people will take care of that when the time comes and he's no longer useful to them as anything but a martyr. The assassination hoax in Pennsylvania proved that and portended their next one.

Flipping the Script

 When it comes to TV and movies, I don't like to know how the sausage is made. But full disclosure, I find it hard to resist the inside info when it comes to "The Sopranos". Marisa Tomei Likes Me

Marisa Tomei- I always thought I had a chance with her... That's a line from a "Seinfeld" episode where George Costanza said that about Marisa Tomei, and then as the script would have it, he met Marisa Tomei and they hit it off. Every mention of Marisa Tomei on the internet- if I see it- I will post it. Seinfeld fans get it.  So, I did that last week on a Facebook post and quickly got a like from Marisa Tomei. This caused me click on the profile, curious as to whether the actress was on FB or if it were a fan page.  I've gotten likes from actors before. Some I think were legit because they were just likes. Some of the cast of the "Sopranos" liked a post I made about the controversial ending of the series, where it suddenly went black- and that was it. Series over.
